The governor of Anambra state Dr William Maduabuchi Obiano yesterday was crownedh the new Aare Amu Ogun Of Ado Ekiti as wildly reported.
The governor Chief Willie Obiano and his beautiful wife, Dr Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano were honoured with chieftancy titles by the Ewi of Ado-Ekiti, Oba Rufus Adeyemo Adejugbe in his palace.
Governor Obiano was conferred the title of Aare Amuogun of Ado-Ekiti while his wife becomed the Erelu Amuogun of Ado-Ekiti.

Many Nigerians have taken to social media to make mockery of the title as ''Amu" has a different meaning in Igboland....But this does not diminish the true meaning of such reverence title from our sister state across the Niger.
