Best Performing Ministers in Buhari's Government as Released by APC (See LIST)

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has released names of the best performing ministers of the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration.

The ruling party made the announcement in a tweet on its official Twitter handle in the early hours of Thursday, February 9.
They are as follows:

1. Babatunde Fashola

Leading the list is minister of power, works and housing Babatunde Fashola, who manages three top ministries. He is a former governor of Lagos state, APC believes he has done well since he took leadership of the 3 huge ministries.... Many Nigerians holds a different position regarding his performance.

2. Chibuike Amaechi
Second on the list is minister of transport Chibuike Amaechi. Amaechi is immediate past governor of Rivers state, whose record as Governor is questionable and under his leadership as transport minister, no remarkable and outstanding project has been executed. Nigerians will rate him very low compare to what is party is saying. Lai Mohammed is said to have performed better than Amaechi.

3. Ibe Kachikwu

Minister of state for petroleum Ibe Kachikwu is third on the list. He is the immediate past General Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). The position is now held by Maikanti Baru. Many will agree that Ibe deserves what ever encomium that is been poured out on him

4. Geoffrey Onyeama

Coming last on the list is foreign affairs minister Geoffrey Onyeama. Onyeama played a huge role in the resolution of the political crisis that nearly tore The Gambia apart in January 2017.

The party did not mention the basis on which the ministers’ performances were measured.

Interestingly, Kemi Adeosun and her counterpart Udoma Udo Udoma names were missing from the APC list. Perhaps, It might be their poor economic policies and budgetary made them unrecognized.
