Bisola Vs Efe - See Who Will Becomes The Bigger Star

Remember the Inaugural season of West African Idol in 2007 that gave us Omawumi and Timi Dakolo

Omawumi should have been the winner because she got a unique talent that others didn't have, she was very creative, she could rap, sing, twist, dance etc, she possessed a great stage personality and a swag to die for, but for consistency sake Timi won the prize.

According to the judges, Timi was consistent with his grades which was a huge advantage for him, unlike Omawumi that grew from a timid girl to somewhat a star over a period of time, Infact at a point the judges were asking, Where the 'new' Omawumi was hiding all these while..... Well story story.. Timi took the crown, but we all knew that Omawumi possessed an extra ordinary star.. The judges explained all these because it was glaring that Omowuni had it all.

In the outer world Omowumi blew, she became bigger than Timi, she was everywhere dropping hits like water. Timi was/is consistent with his kind of music, still doing his thing, his style, his R&B and he is still shining.... These days we don't hear much about Omawumu anyway....

Where am I going with this? People have been arguing that Efe got the Big Brother prize and Bisola got the platform... I think both got the platform. Efe got the money and a car, If he invest wisely he will become an outstanding brand. Bisola already is doing well in her little world, now she got a bigger platform to expand. In few years we will be able to judge them like the parable of the talent, what each has achieved with what they were given.....
