5 Days Ultimatum To Serve Subpoena On Jonathan

Ex president Jonathan who was named a witness in Olisa Metuh's case has failed to appear in court and this has stalled the case. Justice Abang of the Federal High Court, Abuja on Wednesday, October 25th, 2017 issued an ultimatum to the court bailiff  to produce Jonathan within 5 days.  

The court also demanded that the DSS (Department of State Services)  to produce Col. Sambo Dasuki  in court of 31st October, 2017.

Justice Abang re-emphasised that without the two summoned witnesses  appearing in court, there will be no progress on the case.  

If after 5 days, the bailiff was not able to serve Jonathan personally,  Metuh , who applied for the Subpoena will kick start the process of serving the ex- president through other means.

Remembered that Ex President Jonathan once affirmed to testify in Metuh's  case. Now is the time to walk the talk.
