Owelle Magic: Robert Mugabe To Commission Monorail In Imo State- His Statue Loading!

Imo state is so blessed to have Rochas Okorocha as their Governor.  The man they overwhelmingly voted into office with exceptional qualities has turned the fortunes of the state around.  The new face of Imo is a transformation agenda that has revived the industries,  education,  trade and commence and above all the general standard of living of Imo people.

Look around you,  the road network are all wearing a new look. The connecting roads to the local government areas are unrecognisable as owelle himself,  the son of the soil, the lion of Imo state has constructed and rehabilitate all the roads both local and highways; states and federal government.  He is indeed an answered prayer to Imo people.

Our industries are second to none! As Imo state has been declared the state in Nigeria with the fastest growing industries.  Palm oil and other associated produce in Imo State is second to none! Infact, the palm oil found in the major shops across the globe are from Imo state. Thanks to our outstanding Governor.  Have you seen the shoe factory in Owerri?  Bros go home and see. The factory has started exporting shoes to Italy and China! Yes! We are teaching them the job.

Imo state food sufficiency is the real deal as the cost of importing food from  Northern Nigeria has reduced drastically because we now produce everything and more. There is no more business for the Hausa traders and alot of them have relocated abandoning the ever rowdy and unkempt  Ama Awusa which the ungoing reconstruction presently.

The world  bank infrastructural development has certified that the new owerri master plan that is being implemented by the Okorocha administration is the best in Africa.  It's a small town with world class infrastructural development . Let me whisper this exciting news to your ears that the monorail for effective transportation connecting the old and new owerri will be commissioned by no other but Robert Mugabe himself!  That will be in 6 weeks time. Yes a statue will be erected for him too.

Our hospitals are exceptional in West Africa.  Did you know that since President Buhari returned from London,  his weekly check up is done at  Owelle medical center?  Now you know. This medical center has all the latest medical equipments and  the best doctors in the world. All Imo born medical doctors practicing abroad have all returned home because they could not resisted the  new innovation that this administration has brought to our people.  And like the man with the heart of gold for his people, the governor  built doctors village , a world class estate to house all the abroad returnees with their families.

I think the economy in Imo State is different from Nigeria.  As everyone is living very happily, thanks to the economic initiative of the governor and his team.

Our public offices are wearing a new look and a new policy. I was at one of the ministries recently,  and I could not believe that this is a ministry in Nigeria.  Very neat and organised environment with upgraded work standards.  It's a digitalized thingz baby!  Computer for every staff even Daa Pat that I went to visit. Did I mentioned that their toilet is heaven?

If you are wondering why African presidents/ leaders  are paying homage to our state,  wonder no more. Success has many friends,  just like  Biblical  King Solomon,  many kings and Queens travelled from  far and wide  to pay homage to Solomon so it is with our very own Governor! The people’s governor!  The overall Igwe of Igbo land, no governor like Rochas!

Have you seen the aka chukwu statue?  Dude has a thing for statues. Did I mention that construction is on going on the biggest Christmas tree in the universe?  We don't need to spend money every year buying Christmas tree.  We are erecting a Christmas tree statue!  Once in a life time! We just decorate and redecorate it every year! Eco 101.

Imo is indeed blessed. Imo should be renamed Imo Owelle State!  Infact, he should be governor for life! 

So as we welcome and celebrate the first female president in Africa,  who came to witness the exceptional work of our able governor in Imo State,  we hope to welcome many more presidents to our beloved state and country.

'Why I am building statues" Rochas Okorocha explains

Shortly after unveiling the statue of the Liberian President, Imo state governor, Rochas Okorocha, was asked by a journalist while he is building statues and he replied "To immortalize people so our children yet unborn can read a piece of them. History is dying in Africa. We must keep history alive. In the next 100 years to come, most of us will not be here but this will stand for children to read stories and mold their character. If leaders are not mortalized, there will not be history for children yet unborn'.
