Obasanjo or No Obasanjo, PDP Will Not Die - PDP

"Whether Obasanjo returns to the party or not, PDP will not die " - PDP

As political drama in Nigeria gets messier, it also gets interesting and funny. A team of PDP Chieftains and it National caretaker committee paid a courtesy visit to Ex Member and Chairman of Board of directors and Ex president Chief Olusegun Obasanjo at his Presidential Library, Abeokuta.

While addressing pressmen after the close door meeting, the Ex president emphasized that he has no business with party politics and will never return to PDP.

Many thought that the closed door romance sorry meeting  with the the National caretaker chairman Senator Ahmed Makarfi will get OBJ back into the party but its evident that he made a caricature of the entire meeting.

Quite Humiliating!!.

Here is what OBJ said to journalist after the meeting.

“I have told the chairman that I was in the PDP before but not now. God forbid! ( Tufiakwa) when dog vomits, it will go back to eat its vomit,  I am not a dog and will never go back to my vomit! No!.

“I have said no partisan politics for me again, but Nigeria is my passion until death do us apart. And anything that concerns Nigeria, the good of Nigeria, you’ll see my involvement.

“So, the chairman has come to greet me and I greet am, and now that we have greeted ourselves, the chairman will be going, you gentlemen and ladies of the press, you can now go, leave the chairman alone.”

hahahahahahahaha.. Interesting right?
PDP wants to turn our Ex President into a DOG! God forbid!

The first day I read about their intention to visit the Ex member, I asked a simple question. 'What is wrong with these people?  Put PDP in order and see your old member return willingly. Obviously only few people have common sense these days.

The spokesman for the party Prince Dayo Adeyeye  in reaction to Obasanjo's decision has this to say...

“He has said it before  (that he won’t return to the party). We are not going to force him. No individual is bigger than the party.

“Obasanjo has the right to hold his opinion. But the PDP will not die, either he joins us or not.

“We respect his opinion.  There’s nothing to say more than that. He is an individual and we respect him.”

abegi! make we hear word.
